Removal and RKPP installation
|
1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
|
If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that you have the correct combination for input of the audio system in action! |
2. Remove the resonator, a sleeve of an air inlet and a casing of the air cleaner (see the Head of the Power supply system and release). 3. Disconnect an electrical wiring of a starter and turn out the top bolt of fastening of the last (see the Head Elektrooborudovaniye of the engine).
5. Weaken stupichny nuts of fastening of power shafts (see the Head Stsepleniye and power shafts). Weaken nuts of fastening of forward wheels. The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props. Remove forward wheels. 6. At the corresponding complete set remove protection of a case. 7. Remove the cranked section of system of release passing under the transmission (see the Head of the Power supply system and release). 8. Merge gearbox oil (see the Head Routine maintenance). 9. Disconnect from the transmission draft of the drive of switching and a jet bar of the lever of gear shifting (see Removal and installation of draft of the drive of gear shifting). 10. Remove nipple knot of connection of a hydraulic hose of the drive of coupling with the pressure head hydraulic line. Remove the pressure head line and the executive cylinder of coupling with a pusher rod (see the Head Stsepleniye and power shafts).

Try not to bend and not to overwind the pressure head line. Do not squeeze out a coupling pedal at the removed executive cylinder. |
11. Remove power shafts (see the Head Stsepleniye and power shafts).

12. At the corresponding complete set remove a stiffening rib of the power unit (see an accompanying illustration). |
13. Turn out fixing bolts and uncover access a coupling dome. 14. Give a bolt of fastening of the distributor of ignition. Connect lifting slings to a head of cylinders and hang out the engine on winches, having weakened load of transmission support. 15. At the corresponding complete set remove the antispray screen. 16. Prop up transmission a jack (whenever possible special), having fixed it on a head of the last by a safety chain.

Special transmission nozzles on a head of a floor jack are issued. Raise the transmission, having finally unloaded its support. |

17. Give nuts and bolts of fastening of the RKPP right support (see an accompanying illustration). |
|
18. Turn out four top bolts of fastening of the transmission to the engine (see an accompanying illustration). |
|
19. Give bolts of arms of fastening of lines of a hydraulic path of the drive of coupling (see an accompanying illustration). |
20. Turn out the lower back bolt of fastening of transmission to the engine located directly over the right power shaft.

21. Turn out the lower bolt of fastening of transmission to the engine, and also support arm bolts (see an accompanying illustration). |
22. Finally make sure, of a detachment of all lines and an electrical wiring, then, moving a jack, carefully separate RKPP from the engine. 23. Having completely released main shaft RKPP from coupling assembly, take a box from under the car. 24. After removal of a box access to coupling components opens, which state, taking an opportunity the saza should be checked. Usually at removal of RKPP it is accepted to make coupling replacement (see the Head Stsepleniye and power shafts). |

Installation
|
1. If removed, install into place components of coupling (see the Head Stsepleniye and power shafts). 2. Make sure available on the places of two guides of pins. Fix transmission on a jack as did it in the course of dismantle, and carefully get it under the car, having lifted in regular situation. Accurately enter a main shaft into gearing with vents of a nave of the conducted clutch plate. Do not use force at all, – if the main shaft does not enter a nave, adjust a tilt angle of the transmission and slightly turn a shaft, trying to obtain the correct combination of shlits. 3. Screw bolts of fastening of RKPP to the engine, and also bolts of a back arm. Tighten fixture with the required effort. 4. Screw three top bolts of fastening of a box to the engine, and also the lower bolt of fastening of a starter. Tighten fixture with the required effort. 5. Slightly raise the transmission on a jack, establish a bolt and nuts of fastening of an arm of the right support of assembly. Tighten fixture with the required effort. 6. Establish a forward lock arm and tighten bolts of its fastening with the required effort. 7. At the corresponding complete set install the antispray screen. Tighten fixture with the required effort. 8. Disconnect a lifting rigging and screw into place a bolt of fastening of the distributor. 9. Establish a cover of a viewing opening of a dome of coupling. At the corresponding complete set establish stiffening ribs of the power unit. Tighten fixture with the required effort. 10. Further installation is made as it should be, the return to a dismantle order. 11. Fill in in the transmission necessary amount of gearbox oil of the required grade (see the Head Routine maintenance). 12. Pump over hydraulic system of the drive of coupling 13. Make trial runs of the car, checking serviceability of functioning of RKPP. Examine the power unit on existence of signs of leak of liquids.
