Removal and installation of assembly of a back nave with the wheel bearing

The back nave is combined with the wheel bearing in uniform assembly. The bearing is sealed at manufacturer and additional greasing does not need. In case of wear or damage of the bearing it is necessary to replace all stupichny assembly.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Weaken nuts of fastening of the corresponding back wheel. A car back also establish to Poddomkratta it on props. Remove a wheel.
2. Remove a brake drum / support with a disk (see the Head the Brake system).

3. By means of the hammer and a chisel remove a dustproof cover (see an accompanying illustration).

4a. To Raschekanta a stupichny (shpindelny) nut (see an accompanying illustration), then give it, remove a persistent washer and a nave of a wheel.

4b. The nave has to be removed rather freely, in case of difficulties use a stripper on the basis of the hammer with sliding brisk (see an accompanying illustration).

5. Establish new stupichny assembly and a persistent washer. Tighten a new stupichny nut with the required effort. Do not forget to fuller a nut (see an accompanying illustration).

6. Establish into place a dustproof cover, for reliability of landing having slightly tapped it on perimeter.
7. Further installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components.
