Removal and installation of the lower control lever of a forward suspension bracket

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Weaken nuts of fastening of the corresponding forward wheel. The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props. Remove a wheel.
2. Disconnect from the lower lever of a suspension bracket a bar of the stabilizer of cross stability (see Removal and installation of the forward stabilizer of cross stability with basic plugs).
3. Disconnect from the lever a damping fork (see Removal and installation of assembly of the forward shock-absorber with a screw spring).

4. Take the forelock and weaken a koronchaty nut of a spherical finger of a support of the lower lever. Do not remove a nut finally yet. By means of a stripper release a spherical support from a rotary fist (see an accompanying illustration). Now finally give a koronchaty nut.

5. Turn out an axial bolt from the inside of the lower control lever (see an accompanying illustration). Separate the lever from the car chassis.

6. Give a nut of a back axial hairpin of the lower lever (see an accompanying illustration). Take a hairpin from the plug and remove the lever.


Need for a reversing of three bolts of an assembly bracket of the plug arises only in case of replacement of the last.


7. Installation is made upside-down.
