Removal and installation of levers of a back suspension bracket

Top lever

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Give a nut of a through bolt of fastening of the top lever of a suspension bracket to the longitudinal lever (see an accompanying illustration), take a bolt. 2. Turn out bolts of a collar of fastening of the basic plug of the internal end of the lever to the car bottom (see an illustration above). Remove the top lever. 3. Check the basic plug for existence of cracks, signs of hardening or aging of rubber. The defective plug is subject to a vypressovyvaniye and replacement – work should be performed in the conditions of a workshop of car service. 4. Installation is made upside-down. Track respect for the required efforts of tightening of fixture.

Lower lever

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the lower lever to longitudinal, and also a bolt of fastening of damping assembly to the lower lever (see Removal and installation of assembly of the back shock-absorber with a screw spring). 2. Give a nut and take an axial bolt of fastening of the internal end of the lower lever to the car chassis (see an accompanying illustration). Remove the lower lever. 3. Check a condition of basic plugs, in case of need make their replacement in the conditions of a workshop of car service (the press will be required). 4. Installation is made upside-down. Track respect for the required efforts of tightening of fixture.

Compensation lever

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the compensation lever to longitudinal (see an accompanying illustration). 2. Give a nut of a through bolt of fastening of the compensation lever to the car bottom (see an illustration above). Take a bolt and remove the compensation lever. 3. Check a condition of basic plugs, in case of need make their replacement in the conditions of a workshop of car service (the press will be required). 4. Installation is made upside-down. Track respect for the required efforts of tightening of fixture.

Longitudinal lever

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a hydraulic hose from the wheel cylinder / a back support. At once to a zakuporta the open ends of a hose and the union in order to avoid hit in system of dirt. Remove the brake drum and shoe assembly. On models with disk brake mechanisms of back wheels remove a support and a brake disk. Disconnect a cable of the drive of the parking brake from the executive lever (see the Head the Brake system). 2. Remove a board of the brake mechanism. 3. Disconnect from the longitudinal lever of assembly of the top, lower and compensation levers (see above). 4a. Release a cable of the drive of the parking brake from an arm on assembly of the longitudinal lever. Turn out bolts of fastening of an axis of the basic plug of the longitudinal lever to the bottom of the car and remove the lever (see accompanying illustrations): left bolt of fastening. 4b. Right bolt of fastening. 5. Check a condition of basic plugs, in case of need make their replacement in the conditions of a workshop of car service (the press will be required). 6. Installation is made upside-down. Track respect for the required efforts of tightening of fixture.
