Removal, installation and adjustment of a door of a back

The door of a back has the considerable weight therefore it will be reasonable to secure with the help of the assistant.

Removal and installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Open a door of a back and reliably record it in the top situation.

2. Remove the top decorative overlay of a doorway (see an accompanying illustration) and disunite sockets of the electrical wiring brought to a door.

3. Ask the assistant to take a door in open situation and disconnect from it both emphasis. Having sharply pulled, release an emphasis from hinges on a car body.

4. Give fastening nuts to a door of loopy levels (see an accompanying illustration). Remove a door from the car.

5. Installation is made upside-down.

Adjustment

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Adjustment are made by weakening of bolts of fastening of loopy levels and the corresponding shift of a door in a body aperture. The door can be considered established correctly when its edges are parallel vertical and lower to the parties of an aperture.

2. In case of need make also adjustment of the drummer of the door lock, trying to obtain correct operation of the locking mechanism (see an accompanying illustration).

3. In conclusion adjust density of closing of a door by adjustment of height of persistent rubber pillows (see an accompanying illustration). The plane of a door has to fall into a closed position aflush with the surfaces of surrounding body panels.
